The After Life

SUMMARY 

Lets talk about death by Jonathan Aitkin is a very descriptive article about the belief of the after life with Christianity. It seems as if the Christians believe that God the creator is a deliverer of death, and all it’s aspects. The author seemed to be visiting the president’s house one day when a protestor against Bush, wanting death to Bush, rapidly trapped him. The protestor said  “ I want Bush to burn in hell” and Jonathan replied saying “Suppose he died and went to heaven instead”. With this being said Jonathan believed that him and the protester both shared something in common, that they both believed in life after death. “ what is death to a believer in Jesus?” It should be nothing but a relief from all stress, pain, suffering, and sickness. Death itself is nothing less but a deliverance from them all. I truly believe that through Christ death has lost it’s sting. Not saying that when we die there will be no pain, because the promises of Christ, is to know that God is always with you. Even Jesus had a brutal death but being a true believer in God he rose again. Jesus started the trail, which all Christian should now follow and God will be there with us through it all.

                                                       The after life

When I first started to research, I knew that my topic would be very extensive; I also knew that everyone would be interested and questionable about this topic. Life after death has always agitated the minds of people belonging to all religions of all ages alike. The after life can be interpreted in many perspectives, such as religion and phenomenal activity. According to the article “ Lets talk about death”. Johnathan Aitken explains his thoughts on the after life from the Christian point of view. John Newton, author of Amazing Grace states, “What is death to believer in Jesus? It is simply a ceasing to breathe. If we personify it we may welcome it as a messenger to open to us the gate of everlasting life. The harbingers of death, sickness, and pain are formidable to the flash but death itself is nothing else but a deliverance from them all. From me being a Christian I believe that after death if your soul is saved than you will be delivered and accepted into the great gates of heaven.  Jesus promises that through Christ death has lost it’s sting, if Christians followed the path that Jesus did than they will be delivered. The promise of Christ is not that all human suffering will be relived but that “ God is with you always to the end of time (Mathew 28:20). Even Jesus went through a painful death, just to show all believers in God, that he will deliver you and be with you through it all. Christians will always believe that death is not necessarily the end. God who is our creator, which we worship and pray to most of our lives, will nevertheless be forgiving to come along side us at the hour of death, sharing in our final suffering s and transforming the reality of our earthly endings to a more spiritual and everlasting end. Statistics tell how many people fear death and wouldn’t like to know what would happen after death. The amount of people that believe in God is 94%, life after death 73%, the existence in ghosts 53%, heaven or hell 86%. To be on the safe side I personally believe in all of the above life is not the last thing here. I am one hundred percent sure that there is a creator and that there is more to life then just death.

 What happens to us when we die? Are we GHOSTS? 

When I first started to research, I knew that my topic would be very extensive. I also knew that everyone would be interested, and questionable about this topic. What happens to us when we die? This is the question that everyone wants to know the answer to. I personally believe that ghosts are real and they exist after death, especially after my research.

Pinker reveals to us that killing newborn babies is the wrong thing to do, whether or not the parents are ready for the offspring or not. A countless number of teenagers kill their children every year regardless of the circumstances a final decision is made. I agree with Pinker one hundred percent simple because killing is erroneous and a sin. I believe that every human deserves a living chance, even a newborn. Chapman reveals to us similar ideas about infanticide, stating that newborns are killed every year regardless of what goes on in life people have been doing this for years. The fact that newborns are killed every year doesn’t’ t make this right, living should be granted to you whether or not your ready for it or not, life is not an option. Chapman seems to be comparing newborn life to adult life it’s true that people have been around for years but as I stated before everyone deserves a chance to live no matter what age, color, moral, immoral or what ever life is for everything and everyone.  I agree with Pinker life should be given not taken away.

Without knowing what you believe in, can be very upsetting and confusing throughout life. Knowledge is the key to all happiness, having a education and following your hopes and dreams can lead you to anything you want to become. Behind the faith and happiness throughout ones self, it stems from the root and perspective of knowledge. Education leads to obtaining a career,  a goal , a family even a job. Anything you will ever need and everything you perspire to do comes from your mind. Without knowledge I am nothing.  What is sex education? Sex education has two main purposes:  to prevent the cause of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and to help with prevention of pregnancy. (Berrne) STDs are infectious disease spread primarily through sexual contact. Many people are infected with these diseases each year, so it’s very important to prevent this from occurring. Even though pregnancy, or in general. Natural consequences following sexual activity and teenage pregnancy is regarded as one of the most serious problems in our society today. Many teens don’t even plan on this and are not even married, so they need as much help as possible, sex education can help these children make the right decisions in their future and prevent them from hurting themselves.  Sex education is very important because children need to know the truth about life, and what it has to offer. The more those children know, the better they can protect themselves. It is therefore important to prepare children for what will become an important part of their adult life.  When I was a child sex education was in fact introduced to me at an early age; however, this helped me to understand it better in the future. Sex education has helped me to realize the rights and wrongs of everyday life, the decision is made from the child it self, and they know the consequences.  It’s usually harder to talk to a teenager about sex than it is to a preteen. It’s also a good thing to lay down the groundwork while children are still young, so this can help keep the space for communication open in the future. Sex education programs can help teens wait for first intercourse and choose to use protection when they do become sexually active. Many studies have shown that educating young adults about sex does not cause them to have sexual relations earlier or increase their sexual activity. Most studies show that sex education has caused the number of teen pregnancies to drop, and reduced teens’ risk of sexually transmitted diseases. Giving young people the right information has helped them to make knowledgeable decisions about sex. The child has to know all about the education, so when it is introduced they will know how to react in that situation. Knowing is always better, and like I said before it’s up to the child to make to right decision.Sex education can result in young adults delaying first intercourse or, if they are already sexually active, in using contraception. Nearly all studies conclude that sex education does not lead to earlier or increased sexual activity.  The child makes the decision on their own: they are taught the right from wrong just like I was, but you have to use abstinence first and if you can’t wait use protection first.
